Two quakes of 3.5 and 3.6 magnitude on the Richter scale were recorded Saturday in the province of Driouch, said the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).

The first tremor with a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale occurred at 00h 25min 28sec (GMT+ 1), said the ING National Seismic Monitoring Network in an alert bulletin.

Occurring at a depth of 26 km, the quake took place at a latitude of 35,500 ° N and a longitude of 3,658 ° W, according to the same source.

The second tremor of magnitude 3.6 on the Richter scale occurred at 00:35:06 (GMT + 1).

The quake, which occurred at a depth of 09 km and was also felt, took place at a latitude of 35,567 ° N and a longitude of 3,612 ° W.
