AFMA Group is strengthening its position in Morocco’s insurance brokerage market by taking full control of SAFE ASSUR SARL. Through the acquisition of the remaining 49% of shares, AFMA now holds 100% ownership and full voting rights over the company.
Headquartered in Casablanca, AFMA has been a key player in the insurance and reinsurance brokerage sector for decades. The group operates across a wide range of insurance fields, serving both individuals and businesses, with a network of sixteen subsidiaries spread throughout various Moroccan cities as well as in Côte d’Ivoire.
SAFE ASSUR SARL, the company being acquired, is also based in Casablanca and operates within the same industry. It offers a broad portfolio of insurance brokerage services tailored to the needs of both corporate clients and private individuals.
By completing this acquisition, AFMA strengthens its foothold in a highly competitive market, expanding its scope of operations and reinforcing its presence in a sector that continues to evolve at a rapid pace.
