Ilyas El Harti continues his ascent within the Akdital Group, now appointed as Deputy CEO of Operations, Support, and Transformation. In this newly created position, El Harti will play a key role in driving the group’s national expansion and operational excellence.
This strategic reorganization aims to optimize internal processes and strengthen the group’s overall performance. El Harti’s responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing new processes and performance standards, providing functional support across departments, and leading transformation initiatives to align with the group’s ambitious growth targets.
El Harti’s deep experience within Akdital is a crucial asset. Previously, he held the roles of Director of Finance and Support and later Deputy General Manager. His expertise is vital as the group embarks on a massive investment plan of nearly 3 billion dirhams, aiming to expand to 51 healthcare facilities across 31 cities by 2026.
This appointment aligns with Akdital’s commitment to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring top-quality service while adapting to the evolving healthcare sector in Morocco.
