The AKDITAL Group has signed a new accreditation contract with Accreditation Canada International at a ceremony in Casablanca. The deal continues their partnership and brings the group’s future hospitals and clinics into an evaluation process based on international standards.

AKDITAL said: “This step will improve how our facilities are run and how care is delivered. It will also support the development of Morocco’s private healthcare sector.”

Accreditation Canada International will carry out independent checks of medical, organisational and management practices. AKDITAL said: “The outside review will measure care quality, identify areas to improve and build a lasting performance culture among staff.”

Frédéric Abergel said: “Accreditation is not just a label. It requires a deep change in company culture focused on continuous improvement.”

The process includes hundreds of audited criteria covering governance, care pathways, clinical work and internal organisation. Amina Hadir said: “These requirements demand strict monitoring of quality performance indicators.”

The agreement also sets a plan for upcoming openings. AKDITAL said: “Fourteen new facilities will follow the same standards as they launch. This rollout will support nationwide coverage based on recognised international practices.”

AKDITAL added: “We want ongoing evaluation to guide our growth and make accreditation a management tool rather than a simple administrative step.”
