Akdital, a private healthcare group in Morocco, says it had a strong year in 2025 as it opened more hospitals and treated more patients.
The company made about 500 million dirhams in profit, up 42% from the year before. Its revenue rose 49% to 4.4 billion dirhams, helped by new clinics, more beds and better efficiency.
Akdital said the results come from its strategy of opening new facilities, keeping costs under control and improving service quality.
The group is growing outside the Casablanca and Rabat area. It says 75% of its facilities are now outside this region, aiming to make healthcare easier to access and support Morocco’s universal health insurance plan.
Akdital now runs 41 healthcare facilities in 24 cities, with 4,505 beds. It wants to reach 60 facilities by 2028.
Medical activity also increased. The group treated more than 566,000 patients in 2025, a 60% rise from the previous year.
The board has proposed a dividend of 14 dirhams per share for 2025.
Akdital is continuing to invest in modern medical equipment, including robotic surgery, and is exploring opportunities outside Morocco.
The company is expanding as Morocco rolls out mandatory health insurance for all citizens, which is increasing demand for hospital services. It has opened facilities in cities such as Taza, Berkane and Errachidia, areas that previously had limited private healthcare options.
