Backed by a wealth of experience from high-end establishments such as the Widiane Resort and Casablanca Hôtel, El Moumni is set to elevate the hotel’s reputation as a prime destination in the bustling metropolis.
His vision is clear: to transform Radisson Blu into a go-to spot that attracts and retains Casablanca’s discerning clientele. Leveraging his expertise in luxury hospitality, El Moumni plans to revamp the hotel’s gastronomic offerings with innovative concepts, including introducing refined Japanese cuisine crafted by internationally acclaimed chefs.
Known for his customer-focused approach and commitment to operational excellence, El Moumni aims to prioritize personalized service and guest satisfaction. El Moumni’s diverse career background is a major asset for the Radisson Blu. He began his journey in finance within international hotel groups in the U.S. (The Breakers Palm Beach) and China (Accor), before returning to Morocco in 2007 to take up the role of Financial Director at the Kenzi Hotel Group. His rise through the ranks included key operational positions, such as Deputy General Manager of Barceló Hotel in Casablanca and General Manager of Adam Park in Marrakech.
