Attijariwafa Bank, through its innovation entity Wenov, and KPMG SASU Morocco have successfully launched the “Immersive Fintech Day,” a landmark event for the Moroccan fintech ecosystem. This initiative underscores Attijariwafa Bank’s commitment to fostering collaboration with fintech players and driving financial innovation.

The event allowed KPMG experts to share insights on the latest trends in blockchain, artificial intelligence, payments, cybersecurity, and open banking, providing participants with a comprehensive dive into the world of financial innovation.

Five fintech companies were showcased, each presenting groundbreaking solutions:

  1. Lighton (France): Founded in 2016, this fintech specializes in generative artificial intelligence solutions focused on security and support.
  2. SEKOIA (France): Established in 2008, SEKOIA offers real-time threat detection, incident response services, and prevention solutions.
  3. Fireblocks (United States): A digital asset security platform providing safe and rapid custody and transfer solutions for cryptocurrencies.
  4. Manageo (Morocco): Launched in 2016, this online business management solution offers a comprehensive suite of management tools.
  5. Semoa (Togo): An innovative African fintech, founded in 2018, that provides digital payment solutions via QR code and WhatsApp.

The event featured One-to-One exchange sessions, enabling personalized meetings between startups and attendees. These sessions were designed to foster collaboration and business networking opportunities, thereby enhancing the potential for strategic partnerships.
