BANK OF AFRICA has cut the cost of instant bank transfers for small everyday payments.
The bank says any instant transfer of 200 dirhams or less will now cost 5 dirhams. The new fee applies to all customers, whether they hold a banking package or not.
The lower price is available across the bank’s digital channels and physical branches.
The move is part of a wider push to simplify services and respond to rising demand for faster payments. The bank says the change is designed to encourage more customers to use real-time transfers for daily transactions.
