BLS International is stepping up its digital transformation efforts with a new strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing visa and consular services. The company has teamed up with Sypha AI, a tech firm specializing in AI-driven software engineering platforms, to modernize its digital infrastructure—particularly in Morocco, where BLS oversees visa processing for Spain and Portugal.

Through this agreement, BLS International will adopt advanced tools designed to automate system upgrades, enhance application security, and boost the speed and reliability of its services. The goal is ambitious but clear: accelerate processing times, strengthen fraud detection mechanisms, and deliver a smoother, more efficient experience for users.

According to Shikhar Aggarwal, Deputy CEO of BLS International, the move marks a pivotal step in rethinking how consular services are delivered. “Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we engage with citizens by combining automation, risk analysis, and personalized service,” he said.

From the perspective of Sypha AI, this partnership underscores the growing global relevance of Indian technology solutions. CEO and founder Shawn Chauhan highlighted BLS’s global reach—operating in over 70 countries—and praised its ability to drive innovation in government-facing services.

This collaboration comes at a time of rapid growth for BLS International. In the 2026 fiscal year, the company reported a consolidated revenue of $88.5 million, up nearly 49% year-over-year, with net profits rising 27%.

Since entering the Moroccan market in 2016, BLS has opened eight centers across six cities. The company continues to prioritize digital investment in the country, aiming to continuously enhance the user experience for visa applicants through smarter, tech-forward solutions.
