A new wave of urban delivery is gaining ground in Morocco, blending clean energy, digital convenience, and local expertise. Bringo, a smart shopping platform; VelyVelo, a European e-bike mobility operator; and Casablanca-based ORA Technologies have come together to reimagine last-mile logistics in the country. Already active in several neighborhoods, this collaboration is built on a seamless, tech-driven model with a shared mission: to make e-commerce deliveries faster, greener, and more accessible.
At the heart of the operation is Bringo, a European player specializing in personalized delivery experiences. The process is simple for the user—pick a store, fill your cart, choose a delivery time slot, and the order shows up at your door with a digital receipt, all within a single app. The platform handles the entire logistical flow behind the scenes, making the experience frictionless and cost-free for the customer.
Deliveries themselves are powered by VelyVelo’s electric bikes. Capped at 25 km/h for safety and energy efficiency, these e-bikes are designed specifically for urban logistics. The company, originally launched in France, has recently expanded into Morocco with a full-service offering that includes fleet maintenance, insurance, and smart tracking tools, making it a turnkey solution for last-mile delivery partners.
Closing the loop is ORA Technologies, a fast-moving local startup based in Casablanca. ORA oversees the human side of the system—recruiting and training delivery personnel, managing peak-time operations, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the ground. Their deep understanding of local logistics challenges gives the initiative a crucial edge in adapting to real-world conditions.
The project has also caught the attention of major retailers. LabelVie, one of Morocco’s leading supermarket groups, has thrown its support behind the initiative—a clear sign that big brands are taking sustainable logistics seriously. The model is flexible enough to serve both major chains and small neighborhood shops, adapting to local needs while remaining scalable.
What’s emerging is more than just a delivery service—it’s a blueprint for the future of urban logistics. This partnership showcases a new generation of solutions where technology, clean mobility, and user experience converge to reshape how goods move through cities. If successful, the model could be replicated across other urban areas, offering a cleaner, more efficient alternative to traditional delivery networks.
