From January 28 to 31, 2026, Casablanca will become the beating heart of the plastics, packaging, and sustainable innovation industries. The Moroccan Plastics Federation is bringing three major international events under one roof at the Casablanca International Fairgrounds: the second edition of Global Green Plast, the twelfth International Plastics Forum & Expo (FEIP), and the sixth edition of PackExpo, the region’s go-to trade show for packaging and processing technologies.

Backed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Energy and Sustainable Development, as well as the CGEM and AMDIE, this triple event underscores how vital the plastics industry has become to Morocco’s broader industrial transformation. Plastics are no longer just a support industry—they’re central to key sectors including automotive, construction, agriculture, fishing, and chemicals. Their role is both foundational and increasingly innovative.

This year’s edition is set to draw 320 exhibitors from 32 countries, along with 800 experts and speakers from Morocco and abroad. Organizers expect close to 12,000 visitors, a strong indicator of the growing interest in a sector that’s evolving rapidly. Sustainability and industrial self-sufficiency are taking center stage, reshaping the industry’s priorities.

But the event goes far beyond showcasing new technologies. It’s being positioned as a hub for dialogue, collaboration, and future-focused thinking. The schedule includes a mix of conferences, B2B meetings, and thematic workshops designed to spark connections between manufacturers, investors, and researchers. The goal is clear: to foster local innovation and drive international partnerships.

Through this initiative, Morocco is not just hosting another industry fair—it’s reinforcing its position as a regional leader in industrial and energy transition. Casablanca, the nation’s economic capital, continues to strengthen its role as a strategic platform for professionals across Africa and the Mediterranean, spanning plastics, recycling, packaging, rubber, and composite materials.
