A new open-air shopping complex is set to open its doors in Casablanca, bringing with it a fresh blend of retail, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences. Called Sela Park, the project is being built on a 30,000-square-meter site located at a key junction in the city, positioning itself as both a commercial hub and a leisure destination.

Half of the complex will be devoted to entertainment, offering more than 10,000 square meters of immersive activities. Among the standout attractions is WAW, a center designed for family fun, along with Exhibition Hub, an interactive cultural space. Moviegoers will find a home at Cinerji, while fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of a full sports and wellness area operated by Smart Fit.

Dining options will revolve around a lively central esplanade, with around ten well-known food chains confirmed, including some with drive-through access. At the heart of the complex, a Carrefour hypermarket will serve as a major anchor, reinforcing the site’s role as a convenient one-stop destination.

The shopping experience has been designed as a dynamic, open-air journey, with nearly 40 retail brands already signed on—covering over 80 percent of the leasable space. The layout and atmosphere aim to encourage strolling, discovery, and casual socializing, rather than simply rushing through a list of errands.

Through Sela Park, the developer is aiming to redefine how people engage with retail spaces in urban Morocco. By combining shopping with culture, fitness, and family outings, the project hopes to become a go-to location for residents looking for more than just a place to shop—it’s designed to be a place to spend the day.
