CGI unveils game-changing online platform for real estate buyers

Compagnie Générale Immobilière (CGI) has taken a major step in its digital transformation strategy with the launch of CGI E-Sales, a new online platform designed to revolutionize the way people buy real estate. This tool allows clients to browse available properties, make reservations, and complete their purchases entirely online—cutting out the need for in-person visits or the usual red tape that often slows down the buying process.

The platform made its debut alongside the launch of the Villas du Golf development in Domaine de Noria, and the response was immediate. In just four hours, 184 units were snapped up, with a significant portion of those purchases made by Moroccans living abroad. The overwhelming interest highlighted just how well this digital-first approach resonates with today’s buyers, who increasingly prioritize speed, simplicity, and flexibility.

CGI E-Sales builds on a suite of digital tools the company has already rolled out, including virtual showrooms and personalized financial simulators. Together, these innovations are aimed at offering a more seamless and transparent customer journey—tailored to meet the expectations of a growing audience that prefers to interact online.

With this latest move, CGI—a subsidiary of the CDG Group—is positioning itself at the forefront of Morocco’s real estate tech evolution. In a market undergoing rapid change, the company hopes to set the standard for how property transactions are done in the digital age.
