Choiseul Institute awards Dislog Group for remarkable growth and expansion

In a glittering ceremony in Marrakech held under the High Patronage of King Mohammed VI, Moncef Belkhayat, CEO of Dislog Group, received the “Best Project of the Year” award from the Choiseul Institute. This prestigious recognition celebrates Dislog Group’s aggressive expansion strategy, which recently brought them into nine European markets through the acquisition of BBW, a leader in logistics and distribution.

The Choiseul Institute, a renowned independent think tank, focuses on pressing economic, political, and societal issues along with challenges in global governance. Their endorsement of Dislog Group reflects a vote of confidence in the company’s innovative approach and its contribution to reshaping international commerce.

Receiving the award, Belkhayat expressed his pride and drive to keep growing, emphasizing a recent milestone achieved by Dislog Group. “Today, we completed a major transaction with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which now holds a 16.9% stake in our capital,” he revealed. “This injection of $36.8 million from Washington will bolster our Buildings & Logistics Services branch, helping us advance our mission.”

Looking forward, Belkhayat shared Dislog Group’s ambitious plans. “Our goal is not only to solidify our presence in Morocco and Europe but to extend our reach into Africa as well. It’s a moment to reflect on our journey: 19 years ago, we started with modest capital, and today our group generates $500 million in revenue and employs 3,700 people. I am profoundly grateful to our partners and sponsors for their unwavering support,” he concluded, signaling the start of an even more ambitious chapter for Dislog Group.

With this prestigious recognition and international investment, Dislog Group’s trajectory shows no signs of slowing down, as it steps confidently into its global future.
