DS Automobiles has launched the DS 7 ÉDITION ATLAS, a limited-edition SUV made only for the Moroccan market. Inspired by the Atlas Mountains, the model is now on sale across the company’s dealer network from DH419,900.
The SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre BlueHDi turbo-diesel engine producing 130hp. It is paired with an eight-speed EAT8 automatic gearbox and is built for fuel efficiency, everyday driving and long journeys.
The DS 7 ÉDITION ATLAS stands out with a gloss black grille, gloss black DS Wings and a Light Gold DS badge exclusive to this edition. It also features 19-inch SILVERSTONE alloy wheels, gloss black roof rails, tinted rear side windows, acoustic glazing and DS PIXEL LED VISION adaptive headlights.
Other exterior features include electrically folding door mirrors with LED welcome lights that project the DS logo onto the ground, as well as LED rear lights with sequential indicators.
The cabin comes with Black Alcantara trim, heated front seats, electrically adjustable front seats, pneumatic lumbar support for the front passenger, a panoramic glass sunroof, ambient lighting and a leather steering wheel.
A 12.3-inch HD touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster power the infotainment system. Drivers also get the DS IRIS SYSTEM with connected 3D navigation and voice control, a wireless smartphone charger and two USB Type-C ports.
Safety equipment includes adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go, lane centring, automatic emergency braking that uses cameras and radar to detect vehicles and pedestrians, a 360-degree camera, traffic sign recognition with speed recommendations, lane-keeping assist, driver attention monitoring, and front and rear parking sensors.
The SUV also comes with a powered hands-free tailgate, keyless entry and start, a heated windscreen and automatic rain-sensing windscreen wipers. “Atlas represents movement, strength, elegance and subtle sportiness. It reflects the bold and refined silhouette of the DS 7.”
