French aerospace and defence group NSE reported revenue of nearly €110m in 2025, up 6% year on year. EBITDA increased by more than 30%.

The company says Morocco is becoming central to its industrial operations.

NSE Aéro Maroc is now a hub for wiring and system integration. In 2025, the group invested in production tools and strengthened management teams. The site is connected to the company’s global IT systems to link French design and Moroccan production.

The expansion forms part of a “best-cost” strategy. NSE operates across France, Morocco, Tunisia and India to manage costs in defence and aerospace markets. Additional activity was transferred to Morocco at the end of the year to increase production capacity and meet demand.

Morocco hosts more than 140 aerospace companies in the Midparc zone near Casablanca. The location places NSE close to Boeing, Airbus and Safran, reducing supply chain risks and supporting shared quality standards.

The Institut des Métiers de l’Aéronautique provides trained technicians and engineers. NSE strengthened local management as it moves from assembly work towards more complex engineering and project management.

The company says higher global defence spending contributed to the rise in EBITDA. Morocco is modernising its military infrastructure and seeking local industrial partnerships. NSE aims to position its Moroccan site for future local defence contracts and exports to Europe and North America.
