At the Hyatt Regency Casablanca, breaking the fast during Ramadan has become a full-on food adventure. At the Bissate restaurant, traditional Moroccan dishes meet flavours from around the world in a stylish and welcoming setting.

The buffet starts with classic Moroccan treats. Think harcha, msemen, baghrir, almond pastries, and a daily bowl of harira soup. Salads like zaalouk, taktouka, bakoula, and carrots with chermoula keep things fresh. Sundays are all about Moroccan main dishes, with tajines and other local favourites taking centre stage.

You’ll also find international flavours alongside the Moroccan classics. There’s cheese, cold cuts, antipasti, carpaccios, Galician-style octopus, and salads inspired by Greece, Nice, or Thailand. Savoury counters serve up mini burgers, salmon bagels, quiches, stuffed batbouts, quesadillas, and spring rolls. And yes, there’s an oyster bar every evening.

Each night has a live cooking station with a different theme. Monday is Japanese with yakiniku and teriyaki chicken. Tuesday goes Italian with pasta and risotto. Wednesday brings Lebanese shawarma and grills. Thursday is Mexican, Friday is Thai, Saturday is Greek, and Sunday wraps up with Moroccan classics like méchoui, pastilla, and fish with chermoula.

The evening finishes with a big dessert spread. Mille-feuille, tarts, éclairs, panna cotta, tiramisu, macarons, and Moroccan sweets are all on offer. The vibe is relaxed and friendly, making it a perfect way to enjoy Ramadan with family and friends.
