Starting from September 2021, Immorente Invest adopted an innovative approach to increase the frequency of its dividend distributions, transitioning from an annual payout to quarterly payments. Shareholders now receive four distributions each year instead of one.
Each of the quarterly payments will be of equal value, except for the second payment, which follows the annual closing of accounts in July and is larger than the other three.
For 2024, Immorente Invest has established the following dividend payment schedule:
- 1st quarterly dividend
- Amount: 1 DH per share
- Payment date: April 30, 2024
- 2nd duarterly dividend
- Amount: 2.2 DH per share
- Payment Date: June 24, 2024
- 3rd duarterly dividend
- Amount: 1 DH per share
- Ex-Dividend Date: September 19, 2024
- Payment Date: September 30, 2024
- 4th quarterly dividend
- Amount: 1 DH per share
- Payment Date: December 20, 2024
This quarterly structure provides shareholders with more regular income and increased predictability in returns, with the larger second dividend aligning with the company’s financial cycle.
