Collectively, these firms operate in 16 countries, spanning Africa—including Morocco—Europe, Latin America, the United States, and the Indian Ocean region.
Intelcia Holding SARL, a Luxembourg-based entity with Moroccan owner, registered under number B238729 and located on Avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg, does not engage in any operational business itself. Its sole purpose is the management and ownership of company shares.
The businesses being acquired all specialize in business process outsourcing, with a particular focus on customer relations and call center services.
