Intelcia Holding SARL is on track to take full control of eight companies specializing in outsourced call center services, all currently owned by the Altice Group. The deal involves acquiring 100% of the capital and voting rights in each of the targeted entities, signaling a strategic consolidation move in the customer service outsourcing sector.

The companies involved in the acquisition are Intelcia Group SA, Intelcia Portugal Inshore SA, Coriolis Services SAS, Intelcia Madagascar SA, Intelcia (Mauritius) Ltd, Metos SUARL, T3C SUARL, and Sotem SUARL. Collectively, these firms operate in 16 countries, spanning Africa—including Morocco—Europe, Latin America, the United States, and the Indian Ocean region.

Intelcia Holding SARL, a Luxembourg-based entity with Moroccan owner, registered under number B238729 and located on Avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg, does not engage in any operational business itself. Its sole purpose is the management and ownership of company shares.

The businesses being acquired all specialize in business process outsourcing, with a particular focus on customer relations and call center services. They bring significant experience and a global footprint to the table, strengthening Intelcia Holding’s position in the international outsourcing market.
