Intelcia IT Solutions has rebranded as Intelcia Tech as it expands its global IT services business and strengthens its base in Morocco.
Created in 2019 as the technology arm of the Intelcia Group, the company has grown from 120 staff to more than 800 employees. It now positions itself as a global IT services provider, covering cloud, cybersecurity, data, artificial intelligence, infrastructure and applications.
The name change aims to clarify the brand and unify its technology offer. The company says it wants to become a key partner in digital transformation, using an agile and international delivery model.
As part of this shift, Intelcia Tech has opened new centres in Portugal, Egypt and Madagascar. These add to its existing sites in France, Morocco and Cameroon.
Morocco is now at the centre of the group’s technology strategy. The company says the country’s skilled workforce, cultural links with Europe and strong language skills make it a main hub for international delivery and innovation.
“Morocco plays a key role in our international growth. We are building high-level expertise there to support clients on complex projects,” said Emmanuel Cheriet, Chief Executive of Intelcia Tech. The move also aligns with Morocco’s Digital 2030 plan.
To respond to pressure on IT budgets, the company uses a hybrid model combining onshore, nearshore and offshore services. It says this allows flexibility, service continuity and rapid scaling.
Intelcia Tech also relies on an in-house research and development centre. It has developed an AI platform designed to automate business processes and a new Security Operations Centre that uses advanced detection and AI to prevent cyber threats.
The company holds three ISO certifications, 9001, 18295 and 27001, which it says ensure quality and compliance for clients in regulated sectors.
Intelcia Tech has also entered the Top 100 digital services and ICT companies in France in the 2025 Numeum ranking.
