Kerten Hospitality is strengthening its presence in Morocco with the launch of a new beachfront destination in El Jadida. In partnership with the Ramos Group, the company is set to operate the Casadora Resort under its Cloud 7 Hotels brand—a bold project aiming to reshape the hospitality landscape along the Atlantic coast.
More than just a hotel, the Casadora Resort has been envisioned as a vibrant, integrated living space. The development will blend a lifestyle hotel with branded residences and open community spaces designed to foster local engagement. Spanning the shoreline, the resort will feature 156 hotel rooms, 140 branded ryads, and 60 additional ryads available through fractional ownership. Amenities will include a diverse culinary offering, a wellness center, sports facilities, kids’ clubs, and an organic garden aligned with a farm-to-table philosophy.
The initiative is being led by the Ramos Group, a French developer that has been active in Morocco for over fifty years. Known for projects that respect and enhance local heritage, craftsmanship, and cultural identity, the group’s philosophy combines tradition with modern design standards. Founder André Ramos emphasized the importance of supporting the emergence of protected, authentic destinations without compromising their soul.
The collaboration with Kerten Hospitality came naturally. The international operator has built its reputation on culturally immersive and community-driven experiences. Through its Cloud 7 brand, the group is introducing a hybrid hospitality model in El Jadida that merges accommodation with lifestyle and local connection.
According to Kerten Hospitality CEO Marloes Knippenberg, El Jadida has everything it needs to become a leading coastal tourism hotspot in Morocco. She sees the Casadora project as a chance to go beyond conventional hospitality by creating a destination where culture, community, and daily life are interwoven.
With this new development, El Jadida is stepping further into the spotlight. Once a quiet coastal town, it’s now emerging as a key player in Morocco’s experiential travel and upscale residential market—just a short drive from Casablanca.
