LabelVie unveils first shopping center in Salé, redefining retail

LabelVie Group has just reached a new milestone in its growth strategy with the opening of its very first shopping center in Salé, marking a key step in the rollout of its Vision 2028. This latest project signals a shift for the company, which is now moving beyond its traditional retail focus to offer a more integrated, lifestyle-oriented experience.

The inauguration took place on Wednesday, with LabelVie CEO Naoual Ben Amar joining local authorities to unveil the new complex. Built on a five-hectare site, the development represents a 77 million dirham investment, excluding land costs. The space includes over 10,000 square meters of retail area, a food court, a children’s play zone, a fitness center, and a 250-square-meter drive-in restaurant. The entire project was completed within just one year.

With this center, LabelVie aims to offer residents of Salé more than just a shopping destination—it’s designed as a vibrant social hub that fosters connection, community, and urban energy. The initiative also carries economic goals, including job creation and support for the region’s local economy through increased commercial activity.

Since entering Morocco’s retail market in 2009 with its first Carrefour store, LabelVie has steadily expanded its footprint across the country. This new center reflects the company’s growing commitment to hybrid spaces that blend shopping, leisure, and essential services—all under one roof.
