Lana Cash and Ozon Express have announced a partnership that will connect delivery services with payment services in one system for businesses.
As part of the deal, Lana Cash branches will no longer just handle money services. They will also act as local pickup and drop off points for Ozon Express deliveries. These locations will help move parcels, collect cash from customers, and process payments for merchants through a shared digital platform.
The aim is to make it simpler for businesses to send goods, collect payments, and manage their money in one place, instead of using separate services.
Lana Cash, which is part of CIH Bank, says the move will help it reach more customers and make its services part of everyday shopping and business activity. Ozon Express says the partnership will help it run deliveries more smoothly and offer better service to its partners.
The companies say the project is designed to fix common delivery problems, especially the “last mile” issue where getting parcels to the final customer can be slow or complicated.
The system also supports Morocco’s wider push to expand digital services and reduce reliance on cash-based processes.
The announcement comes after Lana Cash recently expanded its payment network by taking over a large group of merchants previously managed by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire. Ozon Express has also introduced new AI tools to improve delivery routes and speed up shipments, especially in rural areas.
CIH Bank has also signed a partnership with Mastercard to improve digital payment security, which is expected to support this new system.
