Mass Céréales Al Maghreb has achieved triple ISO certification (9001, 14001, 45001)

Mass Céréales Al Maghreb, Morocco’s top player in port grain handling, has bolstered its leadership by earning three prestigious ISO certifications for its terminals in Casablanca and Jorf Lasfar. These certifications, which cover quality management, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety, underscore the company’s commitment to excellence across its entire operation.

The latest accolade, ISO 9001: 2015, recognizes an advanced quality management system that emphasizes continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Hafid Debbarh, CEO of Mass Céréales Al Maghreb, highlighted the importance of this achievement: “This triple distinction is the culmination of our quality initiative. It serves as a vital tool for enhancing our processes while reinforcing the trust of our clients and partners. We are proud of our renewed capacity to meet the most stringent international standards.”

In addition to the ISO 9001 certification, the company had already been awarded ISO 14001: 2015, recognizing its dedication to environmental management, and ISO 45001: 2018, which reflects its robust safety and occupational health measures. Achieving these certifications required rigorous protocols and a continuous training program designed to maintain high operational standards.

These certifications apply to all aspects of the company’s operations—from the unloading of cargo ships to the delivery of grains to importers. As a result, Mass Céréales Al Maghreb can offer reliable, high-quality services while minimizing its environmental footprint and ensuring safe working conditions for its employees.

Handling nearly half of Morocco’s annual bulk grain imports, Mass Céréales Al Maghreb is a cornerstone of the nation’s food supply chain. Its operations at the key ports of Casablanca and Jorf Lasfar rely on state-of-the-art infrastructure and the financial backing of major shareholders, including Holmarcom Group and A.P. Moller Capital.

However, the company’s ambitions don’t stop at maintaining its national leadership. With an eye on West African markets, Mass Céréales Al Maghreb is poised to expand its expertise in port handling, aiming to become a major player in the region’s logistics network.
