Maydane REIM is gearing up for a major move that could reshape its position in the real estate investment landscape. The company is preparing to absorb BMCE Capital Real Estate, a firm that also specializes in managing real estate collective investment vehicles. The goal is to pool their expertise and strengthen their footprint in a sector that’s rapidly evolving and becoming more structured.
Both companies are headquartered in Casablanca. Maydane REIM, launched in 2020, operates out of Casa Business Towers, while BMCE Capital Real Estate, established a year earlier, is based at the CFC Tower. Importantly, both firms are fully licensed by Morocco’s financial markets authority to operate as real estate investment management companies.
The planned merger is expected to create stronger operational synergy by merging their strengths and unifying their real estate portfolios under one streamlined structure. By joining forces, they aim to boost efficiency, improve market positioning, and better serve the growing demand in the OPCI (real estate collective investment) space.
