Tickets for Morocco’s upcoming friendly matches against Ecuador and Paraguay have sold quickly.
The first match, against Ecuador on Friday 27 March, will be played at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid. So far, 31,000 tickets have been sold.
The second game, against Paraguay on Tuesday 31 March, will take place at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens. All 23,000 tickets were sold within five hours, according to the organising committee.
The figures point to strong and steady backing for the Moroccan national team from supporters living overseas.
In a statement, organisers thanked fans for what they called their continued support for the national side at home and abroad.
