Dr Rochdi Talib, who leads Moroccan healthcare group Akdital, has been named one of 35 health leaders selected for a regional recognition programme in 2026. The Arab Hospitals Federation (AHF) chose Talib for its “AHF Leaders Select” programme, which recognises hospital leaders from several Arab countries for their work and contributions to healthcare.

The selection highlights Talib’s commitment to the sector and the achievements of the teams he leads at Akdital.

The programme also aims to help hospital leaders share experience, exchange ideas and build stronger professional ties across the Arab world. It seeks to spread practices used by healthcare institutions in different countries across the region.

The 35 selected leaders will receive official recognition at a ceremony in Doha, Qatar, on 22 November 2026. The event will take place during the MedHealth Doha 2026 summit, which will bring together healthcare leaders and officials.
