Royal Air Maroc launches special flights for U-20 World Cup Final

Royal Air Maroc has announced a special operation to fly Moroccan fans to Chile for the historic U-20 World Cup final, following the national team’s unprecedented qualification for the title match. The final is scheduled for Sunday, October 19 at 8:00 p.m. Moroccan time, and the national carrier is stepping up with two direct flights from Casablanca to Santiago to help supporters witness the moment firsthand.

To make this possible, RAM will deploy two Boeing 787 Dreamliners, offering a total of 600 seats for the round trip. The package is priced at 10,000 dirhams, taxes included, and covers round-trip economy class airfare as well as a match ticket, which will be handed out upon arrival in Santiago.

Tickets can be purchased through Royal Air Maroc agencies. Fans who are exempt from visa requirements or who already hold a valid Chilean visa can book their seats immediately. Those who need a visa must first fill out an online form before heading to an agency, to streamline the application process and ensure rapid approval.

In response to the expected surge in demand, RAM agencies will extend their operating hours—remaining open until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The two outbound flights are scheduled to depart from Casablanca in the early hours of October 19, at 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., arriving in Santiago at 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. local time, respectively. Return flights are set for the following day, October 20, taking off at 3:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m., with arrivals in Casablanca at 7:10 p.m. and 8:40 p.m.
