The annual Skytrax report, considered one of the most respected benchmarks in the airline industry, is based on feedback from millions of travelers representing over 100 nationalities. Evaluations cover every aspect of the passenger experience, from onboard comfort and cabin cleanliness to service quality and crew professionalism.
Royal Air Maroc retained its prestigious 4-star rating, a mark of consistent performance across key categories of the travel experience. On the African continent, the airline continues to rank among the ten best and claims the number two spot for regional routes, trailing only Ethiopian Airlines.
Maintaining a presence in this global ranking highlights the airline’s ongoing investment in service upgrades and international expansion, particularly as Africa’s aviation sector undergoes rapid transformation.
