Seven hotels operated by the Kenzi Hotels Group have been recognised in the Booking.com Traveller Review Awards 2026, based on guest reviews collected during 2025.
The awards, based solely on verified customer feedback, were given to seven of the group’s 10 properties across Morocco. The hotels achieved an average score of 8.2.
The Kenzi Rissani recorded the highest score in Errachidia, which received a rating of 9.0. In Marrakech, the Kenzi Menara Palace scored 8.7, followed by Kenzi Club Agdal Medina at 8.3 and Kenzi Rose Garden at 8.2. In Casablanca, Kenzi Basma was rated 8.1, while Kenzi Sidi Maarouf and Kenzi Tower Hotel both scored 8.0.
The Booking.com Traveller Review Awards are regarded as a key industry benchmark because they are not decided by a jury but by millions of reviews from travellers who have completed a stay. To qualify, properties must achieve an average score of at least 8.0, based on verified reviews, which are checked and certified by Booking.com.
Founded in 1984, the group is one of Morocco’s established hotel operators, with a portfolio that includes city hotels, leisure resorts and destination properties. The group positions itself around combining Moroccan hospitality with international service standards.
The group said the results reflected the daily commitment of its teams and the trust of its customers, and pledged to continue raising standards in the Moroccan hospitality sector.
