Stellantis Maroc has launched a new programme to help young people build digital skills and improve their chances of finding work.

The programme, called Digital Skills for Future, is being run with JLM Alumni. Over the next 12 months, it will train 120 young people, mainly university students and recent graduates looking for jobs. At least 30% of participants will be women.

Each participant will complete 180 hours of training. The programme covers digital skills, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, sales and inventory management. It also includes soft skills training and bootcamps to prepare participants for working life.

Participants will receive one-to-one support throughout the programme. They will also be connected with partner companies to help them secure internships and their first jobs. The target is for at least half of the participants to leave the programme with a professional opportunity.

Digital Skills for Future is part of Stellantis Philanthropy, the carmaker’s global programme that supports education, skills development and inclusion.

The programme aims to help young people gain the skills employers need while addressing growing demand for digital talent in the job market.
