Peugeot’s popular SUV, the 3008, is now available in Morocco with a mild-hybrid engine for the first time, marking a new chapter for one of the brand’s best-selling models. With over 8,500 units sold in Morocco and 1.3 million worldwide, the Peugeot 3008 has already proven itself a favorite, but this latest model promises to elevate the driving experience further.

Moroccan drivers can now choose between three versions of the new Peugeot 3008: the Allure, GT, and GT Mistral. The starting price for the base model, the Allure, is set at 350,000 dirhams, while the GT is priced at 410,000 dirhams and the GT Mistral at 446,000 dirhams.

A bold new design with advanced technology

Peugeot has revamped the 3008 to offer a sleek, fastback SUV design while integrating cutting-edge features aimed at delivering superior performance, comfort, and style. The car’s new panoramic i-Cockpit® and the updated Stellantis STLA Medium platform provide a “next-level” driving experience with enhanced connectivity and efficiency.

This STLA Medium platform, debuting with the 3008, supports Peugeot’s ambition to offer an electrified lineup in Morocco by 2025. The platform emphasizes not only performance and fuel efficiency but also driving pleasure and advanced connected services, aligning with the needs of modern drivers.

The hybrid advantage

The new Peugeot 3008 mild-hybrid delivers 136 horsepower, combining efficiency with a dynamic driving experience. This hybrid powertrain is designed for smooth urban commutes and longer trips, making it a versatile choice for Moroccan drivers seeking both sustainability and power. Available exclusively from Peugeot’s production facility in Sochaux, France, the model will be on sale in Morocco starting November 1, 2024.

Peugeot’s electrified future

The launch of the hybrid 3008 is part of Peugeot’s larger strategy to electrify its entire lineup in Morocco by 2025, making it the most comprehensive electrified offering among mainstream brands in the country. With this goal, Peugeot is advancing towards a future where performance, innovation, and sustainability meet seamlessly on the road.

As Peugeot brings the “Next-Level” 3008 to Morocco, the brand continues its legacy of blending performance with innovative design, meeting the evolving needs of drivers in Morocco and beyond.
