The ranking is based on a survey conducted with over 1,000 Moroccan professionals living in Europe, Africa, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.<\/p>\n

      Key insights on compensation and career goals<\/h3>\n

      More than 50% of respondents expect monthly salaries between 30,000 and 80,000 MAD. The survey also revealed that work-life balance and the opportunity for rapid advancement in both public and private sectors are important criteria for professionals considering a return to Morocco.<\/p>\n

      However, the top priorities for these talents remain career development and salary, followed by the work environment and conditions offered by potential employers.<\/p>\n

      The survey highlights that Moroccan professionals, particularly those in North America and the Middle East, are drawn to companies with inspiring leadership and a corporate culture characterized by transparency, collaboration, and inclusivity.
