Saham Leasing has a new boss. Youssef Adouan has been appointed chief executive, with the role starting on 1 April.
The appointment will be formally presented to shareholders at the company’s annual meeting on 22 June in Casablanca.
The change comes as part of a wider leadership shift. Lahoussine Hassani Idrissi stepped down as chief executive in March 2026, after a period the company says was marked by solid work and strong results.
Youssef Adouan will also lead Saham Leasing Offshore, a branch of the company. His appointment to both roles also took effect on 1 April 2026. The company says this is meant to keep operations steady while it moves into its next stage of growth.
At the 22 June meeting, shareholders will review the 2025 results, decide how profits will be used, and vote on renewing several board members’ terms.
