Zellidja said its profits rose sharply in 2025, mainly because of a compensation payment after the government took one of its properties.
The company’s net profit reached 23.7 million dirhams, up from 6.6 million dirhams in 2024.
Most of this increase came from a one-off payment of nearly 21.9 million dirhams linked to the property expropriation. Its financial income also improved compared with the previous year.
But the company’s core business is still under pressure. Zellidja recorded an operating loss of 1.3 million dirhams, although this was slightly better than the year before.
Across the whole group, total net profit rose to 27.8 million dirhams from 13.2 million dirhams in 2024. Profit attributed to the group reached 21.6 million dirhams, while the share going to minority investors fell slightly.
Much of the group’s performance came from its subsidiary Fenie Brossette. The company made 757 million dirhams in revenue, up 8%, helped by stronger demand in the automotive, industrial and construction sectors. It posted net profit of 17.9 million dirhams and added 14.8 million dirhams to the group’s overall results.
Zellidja is a Moroccan holding company that manages investments in several businesses. It started in mining and metallurgy but now focuses on managing subsidiaries.
