Accor has signed an agreement to open a new five-star hotel in Bouskoura, near Casablanca, as part of its plan to grow in Morocco’s higher-end market.
The company will work with BFO Partners, the holding owned by Mohammed Bouzoubaa, who is also chief executive of TGCC. The hotel will operate under the Pullman brand.
The project, called Pullman Casablanca Bouskoura, will be built in Golf City Prestigia, inside the Ville Verte de Bouskoura. It is due to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The hotel will have 101 rooms, each starting at 40 square metres, with views over the nearby golf course. It is designed as a city resort and will target both business and leisure guests.
It is close to key business areas such as Sidi Maarouf and Nouaceur, as well as Casablanca’s main airport. This location is seen as a major advantage for business travellers.
The hotel will include two restaurants, a bar, a fitness centre, a spa and an outdoor swimming pool. It will also have meeting and event rooms with modern equipment.
Accor will run the hotel under a management contract. BFO Partners will keep ownership of the property. The company says the project supports its plan to expand in Morocco’s premium hotel sector.
