ATA Value Capital is opening two of its restaurant brands in El Jadida. The company will soon open Little Mamma and Le Duo – The Brunch Club at Sela Park El Jadida. The opening date has not been announced, but the company says preparations are in their final stages.
The two brands offer different dining experiences under one roof. Little Mamma serves fresh pasta, wood-fired pizza and other Italian dishes in a family-friendly setting. Le Duo – The Brunch Club focuses on speciality coffee, pastries and all-day brunch for families, young adults and remote workers.
Founded in 2016 by Chief Executive Abderrazak Talibi, ATA Value Capital has become one of the country’s biggest home-grown hospitality groups. It operates nearly 30 restaurants and cafés through company-owned outlets and franchises.
Its portfolio also includes Big Nonna, a trattoria and pizzeria, Zay Paratha, which serves South Asian street food, and Lucciano’s, an artisan gelato and dessert brand.
The company manages much of its own supply chain. It operates an agricultural farm, a cheese production facility and a central food preparation laboratory to supply its restaurants.
The El Jadida opening follows a recent capital increase that brought in two new investors.
CDG Invest Growth, the private equity arm of the state-owned Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion, invested in the company through its Capmezzanine V fund to support its expansion across the country.
National football team goalkeeper Yassine Bounou also became a co-investor after previously working as a brand ambassador for Little Mamma. The investment will help fund new openings in Morocco and support the group’s international expansion plans.
The Competition Council reviewed the investment in June 2026.
The new restaurants will open at Sela Park El Jadida, an open-air retail and leisure centre developed by Aradei Capital. Sela Parks are located in cities including Agadir, Témara, Dar Bouazza and El Jadida.
ATA Value Capital places Little Mamma and Le Duo side by side to serve customers throughout the day, from breakfast and brunch to dinner.
