Attijariwafa bank and Rabat Business School, part of the International University of Rabat, have signed a partnership agreement aimed at deepening their collaboration in education, employability, and skills development. The signing ceremony took place at the bank’s headquarters in Casablanca with representatives from both institutions in attendance.
The partnership is designed to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world. It includes initiatives such as internships and employment opportunities for young graduates, immersive learning programs, and joint projects focused on innovation and entrepreneurship. Both parties have also committed to sharing their expertise to enhance the overall experience and development of participants.
Additionally, the agreement outlines plans to strengthen soft skills, promote leadership development, and encourage collective intelligence to help students and professionals adapt to the rapidly changing job market.
During the event, Mohamed Soussi, Deputy General Manager in charge of Human Capital at Attijariwafa bank, reaffirmed the group’s dedication to supporting youth training and professional integration. Nicolas Arnaud, Dean of Rabat Business School, expressed his enthusiasm about partnering with a major player in the Moroccan and African banking sectors, emphasizing the school’s mission to prepare future leaders to succeed in an increasingly globalized business environment.
