The first stone of the Bouskoura Park Resort was laid this Tuesday in the province of Nouaceur, officially launching a landmark project set to redefine the tourism and business landscape in the heart of Bouskoura’s Green City, just outside Casablanca.
The groundbreaking ceremony brought together prominent figures from across the region. Among them were Nouaceur Governor Jalal Benhayoun, Casablanca-Settat regional president Abdellatif Mazouz, Regional Investment Center Director Salmane Belayachi, SMIT CEO Imad Barrakad, and representatives of the Radisson hotel group, including Ramsay Rankoussi and Erwan Garnier.
Designed as a fully integrated urban resort, the project aims to position Bouskoura as a new benchmark for luxury hospitality, business tourism, and wellness in Morocco. Backed by an investment exceeding 300 million dirhams, the development is expected to create over 500 jobs, both directly and indirectly.
Set across 5.3 hectares, the resort will rise across from the Casa Green Town golf course and within close proximity to the Bouskoura forest. Its strategic location-less than 20 minutes from Mohammed V Airport and just a short drive from Casablanca’s major business districts-adds to its appeal as both a leisure and corporate destination.
At the heart of the project is a five-star Radisson Blu hotel with 119 rooms, a state-of-the-art conference center covering over 4,000 square meters, a dedicated business hub featuring dining, service areas, and entertainment spaces, as well as a sports and wellness complex complete with a fitness facility and spa.
With this initiative, Radisson Hotel Group continues to expand its footprint in Morocco—a market it considers vital for its North African strategy. Present in over 100 countries, the group emphasizes high-impact projects that reflect strong local integration and long-term value. The Bouskoura Park Resort also follows a strict environmental approach and is in the process of earning HQE certification, a nod to its commitment to sustainable building standards.
The resort aligns with Morocco’s broader national goals of developing innovative, sustainable tourism infrastructure that contributes meaningfully to regional development.
