CDG Invest and Al Mada Venture Cap are set to jointly take control of the Dutch company Userguest BV, which specializes in IT services for the hotel industry. The deal has been submitted to Morocco’s Competition Council for approval, as the two investment firms aim to acquire a significant stake in the company.
This acquisition marks a strategic move for both CDG Invest and Al Mada Venture Cap. Notably, CDG Invest had already made an initial investment in Userguest BV back in May 2020 and is now strengthening its position within the company.
Userguest BV, a promising Dutch start-up, provides a range of digital services tailored specifically for hotels, helping them optimize guest experiences through innovative technological solutions.
