Eurowings launches direct Prague–Marrakech route this November

Starting this November, German low-cost airline Eurowings will launch a new direct route connecting Marrakech with Prague, expanding its network just in time for the winter travel season. The service begins on November 8 and will operate twice a week through the end of March 2026, offering a convenient link between the Czech capital and Morocco’s iconic Red City.

Flights are scheduled every Thursday and once over the weekend, with varying departure times. On Thursdays, the flight will leave Prague’s Václav Havel Airport at 11:20 a.m., landing in Marrakech at 3:50 p.m. The return leg departs the same day at 4:40 p.m., touching down in Prague around 9:00 p.m. Weekend departures are set for 8:35 p.m., arriving in Marrakech just after midnight. The return flight then takes off at 1:55 a.m., reaching Prague by 6:15 a.m.

All flights will be operated using a 180-seat Airbus A320. The average flight time is around four and a half hours outbound, with slightly shorter duration on the return. The route will run continuously until late March 2026, except for a planned suspension between January 3 and February 15.

Tickets are already available on the Eurowings website. While early round-trip fares are currently hovering around 17,000 Czech koruna, industry analysts expect prices to settle closer to 5,000 CZK as the schedule becomes more regular and demand evens out.

Eurowings is also expanding its Prague operations with the launch of another new route to Beirut, which will begin service in November as well, marking a broader strategic push into North African and Middle Eastern destinations for the airline.
