HPS Morocco expands to India

HPS, a global leader in payment solutions, has opened its new office and service center in Pune, India. This strategic expansion enhances HPS’s global presence and underscores its commitment to providing cutting-edge services to its international clients.

“This milestone is part of the company’s international expansion strategy aimed at improving services for clients worldwide,” stated a company press release.

This expansion enables HPS to tap into the rich pool of local talent, fostering innovation, diversity, and a collaborative work environment. Additionally, the Pune office will serve two main purposes: firstly, it will spearhead HPS’s expansion efforts in India and the entire subcontinent, leveraging the region’s dynamic business ecosystem and skilled workforce.

Secondly, the Pune office will act as a vital hub, providing additional resources to support project execution, customer assistance, and product research and development for the entire group, thus accelerating the company’s growth globally.

The office will be led by Vikram Samant, a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in electronic payment technology and digital transformation. Vikram brings with him extensive international experience in technology across the Asia-Pacific and European markets, along with leadership in the payments industry.

His vast expertise will greatly contribute to the success of HPS’s operations in Pune. Abdeslam Alaoui Smaili, CEO of HPS Group, expressed his enthusiasm about this expansion, stating, “The opening of our Pune office represents a significant step in our global growth strategy.

Pune, with its vibrant business community and skilled talent, aligns perfectly with our vision of delivering top-notch solutions to our clients worldwide. We look forward to forging new relationships and contributing to the business growth in the region.”
