For ten days this May, the vibrant city of Casablanca is offering its residents and visitors a rare chance to experience the rich flavors and traditions of Vietnam. From May 19 to 29, the Hyatt Regency is hosting a special culinary showcase at its signature restaurant, Café M, in collaboration with the Vietnamese Embassy and diplomat Le Kim Quy.

A highlight of the evening was a performance by Minh-Trang Nguyen, a celebrated multi-instrumentalist whose mastery of traditional Vietnamese instruments like the đàn tranh brought a deeply emotional and contemporary dimension to the event.
