La Marocaine Vie has opened a voluntary departure programme for its employees. Applications will be open from 16 September to 16 October 2026. The programme comes as the life insurer changes how it operates. The company has been updating its management systems, moving more processes online and changing some of its activities.
La Marocaine Vie also faces tighter accounting and prudential requirements. These changes have pushed the company to review its business model and organisation.
Employees can choose to leave under the programme and use the opportunity to retrain, start a new career or pursue other professional plans.
Each employee who applies will receive an individual assessment. The assessment will explain the exact terms of the departure before the employee makes a final decision.
The programme will not affect the company’s day-to-day business. Services for policyholders and beneficiaries will continue, and the company will keep its commitments to its partners.
La Marocaine Vie has more than 170 employees. It focuses only on life insurance, unlike major insurers that offer both life and general insurance.
Its products include savings and retirement plans, provident insurance and group insurance for companies.
