LabelVie has updated the interest rates on two tranches of its private bond issued in July 2025, following its first annual review. The new rates came into effect on 15 July 2026. Investors holding the five-year Tranche A bonds will now receive 3.11% interest a year. Investors in the seven-year Tranche C bonds will receive 3.01%.

The new rates are based on the 52-week reference money market rate set by Bank Al Maghrib, which stood at 2.21% on 7 July 2026.

LabelVie added the risk premiums agreed when the bonds were issued. The premium is 90 basis points, or 0.90 percentage points, for Tranche A and 80 basis points, or 0.80 percentage points, for Tranche C.

The review is part of the normal process for variable-rate bonds. The interest paid to investors changes each year based on movements in the reference interest rate, while the agreed risk premiums remain the same.

LabelVie raised the funds through a private placement in July 2025. A private placement allows a company to sell bonds directly to a selected group of institutional investors instead of offering them to the public. The annual review changes only the interest rate. All other terms of the bonds, including their five and seven-year maturities, remain unchanged.
