Moroccan runner Mohamed Tindouft qualifies for 3000m steeplechase final

On Monday, Moroccan athlete Mohamed Tindouft emerged victorious in the second qualifying heat of the 3000m steeplechase, clocking in at 8:10.62 during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This achievement propels Tindouft into the final, set to take place on Wednesday, August 7, at the Stade de France.

Tindouft competed alongside Ethiopian runner Firewu Samuel, who finished second with a time of 8:11.61, and Kenyan athlete Kibiwot Abraham, who came in third at 8:12.02.
