In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s accession to the throne, the Royal Armed Forces are organizing the 1st International Military Music Festival. This event, celebrating the King’s leadership as Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff, will take place from July 26 to 30, 2024, across the main squares of Rabat, Salé, Témara, Tétouan, and M’diq.

This exceptional festival will feature performances by seven national military bands from various branches of the Royal Armed Forces, the Royal Guard, the Royal Gendarmerie, the General Directorate of National Security, and the Auxiliary Forces. Additionally, military bands from six countries—Saudi Arabia, Côte d’Ivoire, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, the United States, and Senegal—will participate, as announced by the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.

The opening ceremony will be held in Rabat on July 26, 2024, at Place Al Barid. This will be followed by performances on July 27, 2024, in Rabat at Mahaj Riad, in Salé at Bab El Mrissa, and in Témara at Harhoura Beach.

The festival will culminate on July 30, 2024, with a closing concert at Place El Mechouar in Tétouan, preceded by musical performances on July 29, 2024, along the M’diq corniche. The military bands will perform nightly shows starting at 9:00 PM.
