Prior to joining the Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam, he served as General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg in Germany. There, he led the hotel’s executive team and oversaw significant projects, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and financial profitability. Under his leadership, the Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg was recognized among the “101 Best Hotels in Germany” and received numerous prestigious awards.
Throughout his career, Christian Fomm has demonstrated his ability to develop and implement strategies that yield results, while maintaining customer satisfaction and brand standards. His career includes leadership roles at esteemed establishments such as the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort in Spain, the Imperial, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Vienna, the Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Vienna, and the Cala di Volpe, the Romazzino, and the Pitrizza in Sardinia. At each stage, he has transformed challenges into opportunities, leading major renovation projects and consistently surpassing financial goals.
