Pamecas has signed a new partnership with Wafacash West Africa to make it easier for people to send and receive money.
Under the deal, all Pamecas branches will now offer international money transfer services through MoneyGram, Western Union, Cash Express and Ria Money Transfer.
The services will be open to both Pamecas members and non-members.
The goal is simple: give more people easy access to international money transfers through Pamecas’ wide branch network. Instead of going to different places, customers can use one counter to choose from several transfer companies.
Both organisations say this will make sending and receiving money quicker, safer and more convenient. They also say it will help more people use formal financial services and improve trust by offering several transfer options in one place.
