A Moroccan pharmaceutical company is planning to take full control of Servier Maroc and Servier Maroc Investissements. Pharma Capital wants to buy 100% of the shares and voting rights in both companies. If the deal goes ahead, it will become their only shareholder.
Pharma Capital is based in Casablanca and invests in pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses. It is part of the Sefrioui Group.
Servier Maroc makes, distributes and sells medicines. Its products mainly treat cardio-metabolic diseases, venous diseases and cancer.
The deal also includes Servier Maroc Investissements, which manages commercial and industrial real estate. Its work includes buying, renting, building, developing and managing properties.
